Easy and Fast Recipe
1-Cut tomatoes, peppers, cucumber in small slices
and remove the seeds with the tip of a knife.
2-Peel the onions and chop them finely
2-Chop the coriander.
4-Mix the tomatoes, onions and coriander in a salad bowl
5-In a small bowl Mix salt, with lemon juice, (let salt dissolve)
6-Add the chili pepper and Olive oil,
7-Mix and pour over the vegetables and taste.
As needed if you like it hot, add chili .
keep it for 10 to 15 minutes before eat.

In the morning,eat with an omelette or fried eggs
On cooked potatoes

In Mexican cuisine it is much preferable to use jalapenos or serrano pepper if you like spicy.
If you do not like spiciness you can simply use red, yellow peppers or any pepper of your choice.
